APPLICATIONS: This magnesium anode is for use with aluminum-bodied pumps; it helps protect your Little Giant pump from galvanic corrosion
HOW IT WORKS: The sacrifical anode will oxidize more quickly than the aluminum it is protecting; it is designed to be consumed completely before the aluminum reacts with the electrolytes
INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED: For installation with Little Giant pump model series: 1-EA; 1-MA; No.1; 2E; 3E; 4E; and 5 Series pumps
INCLUDES: Anode; epoxy; machine screw; 2 self tapping screws; lock washer; and an epoxy mixing stick
REPLACEMENT: Replace when the majority of the magnesium is consumed; consumption time varies due to varying electrolyes in the water
